Can’t Recover Facebook Account

Facebook Employees, I lost access to my Facebook account. I don’t have access to the email that I used to log in. Tried recovering with my phone as well but didn’t work. I thought Facebook had a process where a user uploads a photo to of their ID and answers a few questions to recover the account. Can someone from FB please assist? Thanks in advance!

Yes they do have this process where you upload ids. Google it I don’t have the link but I did this a few months back

Yeah I see the help page regarding uploading a photo ID and explanations, but there’s no link provided to actually do it.

Ok, clearly it’s mine. I’m trying to upload my ID and answer a few questions. I had an old email from college days back in 2006 which I no longer use. I never added an additional email and I no longer have access to it. I always logged in using my phone, never changed my password and now I can’t remember it. It’s trying to reset it via my old email. If someone from Facebook can at least provide legitimate secure options, that would be appreciated.

They don’t respond. You just get generic automated responses. Their process does not work in my case since my email is deactivated. Figured I’d get a person on here that can do something or point me to the right “person”.
