Capital One TDP Drropoffs?
I'm in the TDP program and wondering how many of them actually stay after their two years, it seems most people I talk to want to leave. Any guesses from what you've seen?

Left at 1.5. In theory a good program. But can’t scale and many teams are toxic. I’d start look for new job at year mark if you didn’t get promoted. I left right after I got my promo and bonus. Probably best time to leave

I had the actual stats for this back from around when I quit, and I think it was somewhere around 33%-50% after 1-2 years

It's 2020, and TDP still having the same issues. Really trying to move on from this during the pandemic lol.
