Career path for BIA III

Currently in a BI Analyst III role (7 YOE) at a non-profit hospital in a medium-sized metro (average home price ~300K). Currently at 92K. Great work environment but outdated tech stack and no exposure to data science and big data. Using Tableau and Alteryx daily and am more technical than most BIAs in my org (i.e. significant experience with SQL, ETL, DW, and data modeling). Questions: am I being compensated properly? Beyond the FAANGs, what sector/role would be a logical step up from my current situation?

Mostly ETL via SSIS and Alteryx, with the odd raw SQL script thrown in. Haven't used Python much, but I see how much it's valued, so am doing Datacamp and Coursera courses so I can use it effectively day-to-day.
