What type of career progression would you need in order to get to 350-400k+/yr total compensation?

Switch to fb/google/snap/twitter/Dropbox etc. At those companies, all senior engineers make 350+ so it’s just a matter of time for u

At fb, entry level E3 is expected to get to E5 in 5 years max. At E5 TC gets around 350k. Getting to E6 is tougher, but then TC is like 500k
Spend time leet coding. Get a job with $350k TC and then think about career progression.
This does not really say much about the progression. Sure you can leet code all you want, but you need to be at a certain level at Google/Amazon/etc and you can only jump x levels when changing jobs/roles
