Recruiter wants to discuss feedback on case study for interview. Does this mean it’s a reject?

what’s “case study”? Usually recruiter calls unsolicited with post-interview feedback. At least places i’ve ever interviewed (Amazon, Google, Netflix, etc). Never had them schedule a call for the interview result. Is that normal?

A way to negotiate along with offer
It doesn't really mean anything other than there's news. I've had recruiters ask to "discuss feedback" and then give me both good and bad news in different situations
