Chance of being recommended by Google HC
What’s the odd now in the beginning of 2018? My recruiter says it’s all hires from 5 interviewers.
How did each of your interviews go? I’ve heard they prefer strong hire to several weak hire ratings.
I was able to solve those questions fast in optimal ways and walk through examples before and after coding. One of the interviewer said he has been asking his questions for a long time (which I did not see before) and I’m the first one came up with all optimizations in 40 mins so I guess he would give a strong ... All my guessing though
How many per interview? LC hard/medium level?

So the recruiter actually tell you this or folks guessing on ok vs strong.

Like a day. I got email I passed HC yesterday.
Can you reveal your current years of exp/level at Yelp and current comp?
I’m op. No. It’s too easy to narrow me down.
I got mail that hiring manager submitting statement of support and packet going to HC. First, what is statement of support and does it improve odds? What is hiring committee odds look like for Tpm in SVC? I doubt I aced all the interviews - gut feel 2 strong and 3 OK hires. I have a strong referral and great area fit.
