I had an onsite with Google last week with a total of 5 interviews: 3 coding: nailed 2 and did ok but not great in 1. 2 system design: nailed 1 and did good in 1. What are chances of getting an offer? Recruiter said things are moving slowly because of google io and will have an answer for me next week.
You will probably get downleveled but I think your packet is good enough for HC

It's hard to read your own performance. Try not to sweat it, you won't know anything for sure until you do. I just bombed one interview out of 4 and got sent to hiring committee anyway. Not sure if I actually want it given some other opportunities that came up.
Absolutely. I could be totally wrong about my performance but that’s how I felt.
