Changing job 1 month after I-140 approval date
I have an offer and would like to change jobs as soon as the H1b transfer is approved by USCIS. However, my I-140 from current company got approved few weeks back. Does the I-140 automatically get revoked by USCIS on starting the new job AND do the current company withdraw the I-140 they filed ? Has anyone changed jobs within 1 month of I-140 approval ? Thanks

Doesnt get automatically revoked unless previous company explicitly revokes. Generally company like SAP doesnβt do it.
Ask your company if they do that?
