Changing mind after declining an offer

Say I got offers from Google and Facebook; declined because I decided to stay at my current workplace but changed my mind N months later. 1. Do I get blocked from joining any of those companies? 2. Will I have to go through another interview? 3. If no, how much time do I have to change my mind, before a new interview is required?

Just ask them! Blanked company policies are only guidance to the EM, it really depends on how bad they want to fill the role and how much they like you.

Generally speaking, at FB EMs don’t directly hire, except for certain niche skill sets. Everyone gets hired into a general pool and then you recruit from bootcamp. The likelihood in this situation is an EM has nothing to do with it. If it’s been less than a year, it shouldn’t be a problem.

1) No 2) Maybe 3) reach out to recruiters and express your interest in picking the conversation back up.
