Depends on your experience and the company / industry. I'd say 130 is actually above average.
Is on the low end 130-180
If it's actual product management and not just project management then it is on the low end for senior. Good for a non-senior role
What is total comp tho. Salary is only half the picture. 130 is decent if it includes a healthy bonus, good benefits. More good if it adds RSUs/options.
Base 110-160. 130 seems pretty decent but also depends on how much bonus and/or stocks. More recently I got 140 base with 20 bonus but most companies I talk to have trouble going above 140 base. You need to be a really strong fit for that. You might be better off negotiating harder on the other compensation elements such as sign on , annual and stock bonus.
Right now I have new offers for 200k total comp - senior product manager
That's salary + vacation + bonus range ,(never guaranteed) + medical/ dental + any stock + other benefits or how did you choose to calculate it?
Includes salary, guaranteed sign on bonus, quarterly bonus . Does not include 100% health, 3-10% 401k/retirement or any other benefits..and no stocks. How is it like at Uptake?
130 is definitely a decent offer for the area
