Choosing between two offers

Asked this before, but thought a poll would help.
I graduated this year and this would be my first full time job.
Offer A: Microsoft/Amazon working on internal tools, using SQL and scripting a lot.

Offer B: Recently IPO company, working on product doing more development work.

Don’t care too much about TC, but offer B is more.

I’d learn more at the IPO company but is a more brand name company better for now? I have uber on my resume and another startup.

EDIT: if you can please explain the selection. What if it’s less SQL and some development work at A/M?

If u dont care about TC and u r young in career u will learn TON more at the smaller company. There are great opportunities to do the same at MS (can't speak for amazon), but it's a crapshoot to get in the right team. Work ur ass off at small company, learn a ton and have fun. It may lead u to greater things than anywhere else. If not, u have lots of time to course correct. I promise u no matter the result, u will not b sorry u took the opportunity with the smaller company. MS and Amazon will b around a little while longer...but u may never get an offer like this at a time where it's ok to do so. Enjoy!

If you choose MSFT/AMZN, maintain your ability to interview, so that you can switch when it’s necessary. In Amazon you need to interview again when switching teams internally.

If you want a career as a dev, go for the dev role where you will learn a lot. There are risks to going the A/M route where you might get stuck stagnating in a role or career path you don’t see yourself in long term. Bonus is that TC is more at the IPO company, too.
