I had applied for Data Scientist position for NC location 1.5 yrs back...had 2 technical rounds with avg/ expected questions ( basic stats). In the 2 nd round, one of the interviewers asked me to show my project work (R code) and explain it. Having said that, it highly depends on the hiring team, its difficult to generalize. All the best!
