Those who work at Cisco or have received Cisco offer in the past, how long did it take for you to receive feedback/offer after onsite interview? Interviewed for SWE role. Interviewed last Thursday, and sent a thank you email on Friday to keep myself in the loop. No response from the recruiter so far. I know its only second day but just wanted to keep my expectations in check. How long is typical for interview feedback from Cisco?
I got rejection in2 weeks
that sucks... did you follow up in between?
I got asked what religion I belong with Cisco. I got an offer the next weekend (yes Saturday at 8AM). I declined. My friend accepted and quit within 3 months.
I can't believe that's tolerated here. Should have reported that.
If you DM me, I would be happy to provide the name. I was upset not only with that, being woken up on a Saturday, and being offered a different role than what I applied for, I didn’t think to report at the time.
I would expect a week or two at least.
how long did it take you?
Don't remember now. I was saying based on being an interviewer rather than an interviewee.
I received the result in next working day. However, negotiation took around 4-5 days. And, the very next day Offer. That's today! I received my offer today.
Lucky you.... It looks like the recruiter ghosted me. No response to follow up email :(
Sometime it may take time.. just keep patience. Good luck buddy!

Lol I had a really shitty experience with Cisco. Recruiter would super inactive, interviewers were indifferent and on their phones - quite disrespectful ... list goes on. I hope others have better experience with them.
