Cisco recruiter asking for my current rsu vesting stmt.
Recruiter reached out to me for making written offer, she wants to see my current rsu vesting and bonus schedule.
That seems to be that she’s asking to reveal my current TC which is too low for current mkt.
I believe it’s illegal to ask current TC in California.
