Bruh you answered your own question. You're interested in the big data team. Alexa doesnt excite you and they're offering less. I'd recommend Cisco and if it doesnt work out then reinterview with Amazon, pass your SDE2 assessment/screening, and ask for 250k

Amazon. Cisco is boring. Also L4 to L5 in Amazon is easy and your package is high end L4 and low end L5
I would also vote against Cisco, not much TC appreciation will happen in Cisco even if you stay 4 years, compared to Amazon. Lots of inefficient engineers and managers, so no good learning scope in Cisco
