Although the offer is good to live comfortably in south Florida. Looking at your experience. $140 is way too less. Also you’re getting less stocks and no bonus. Negotiate well. And I guess you’re better off staying in Seattle than FL lol

Lol location card. Well 6 yr in US isn’t less. You can take it if it’s around $150K cuz it’s a lot here. Plus def ask for more stocks and sign on bonus. You must get that. What’s your position at Citrix?
Why would you leave MSFT to Citrix for this pay.

Try to negotiate base closer to 155k. Otherwise is a good offer for South Florida. Of course depends on what you are looking for career wise. If looking to grow career then stay in Seattle If looking for a nice wlb come to Fl - Even if working long hours weather is always nice. #ilivewhereyouvacation Socially there are many options too (not talking about club scene) rather about popular artist, outdoor events, etc...
You can live pretty well in south florida on that, but with 13 years exp I would think you could push for a bit more. Do you want to live in FL, it is a lot different then Seattle...

I live very close to citrix hq and make 300k tc, before that in this same area I was in the 175-200k. So, no question less then Seattle (Amazon offered me $380k to move to seattle), BUT you should be able to get a bit more. 10-20k more and you are at a top offer for down here...
