Co-Working Spaces w/ issues

I run my company from the inside of a "boutique" co-working space (or that's at least what they believe they are) Their management consists of 3 people the Founder, President, and community manager. The president is quite possibly the most toxic person I've ever met, she obsesses over the brand image of the space more than anything and in the process completely takes away any emotion or human characteristics of it. I'm close with the Community manager, who often gets walked on top of by the president. What would you guys do if there was toxic behavior in the workplace but not within your own company?

Vote with your dollars. Leave the space.

Would you try bringing it to the attention of the Founder of the space first?

Duh. Set up coffee and hint at leaving due to distractions.

Find a new work space? If the person leasing your space isn't giving you what you want don't you just find a new place?

That won't solve the problem of the president being toxic. You're still going to be sharing the space with them and I'm sure their toxicity will still affect you in other ways, and that's if you convince the founder to side with you.

Following up - given the small size of the organization and the behavior of the CEO I doubt there is much leverage unless you are a key customer. Worth a try but keep expectations low.

I used to run a company. I had my plate full with handling the issues there than stepping into the inner workings of an external entity. Move, and if you really want to, leave a detailed professional letter on the reasons you left.
