Coinbase offer!
Guys, Please help me with negotiations. This is likely going to be my only offer. What to expect in an offer from coinbase? Do they do any options/rsu refresh every year after joining. yoe: 8, TC: 320K Also, I will have to move from seattle to sf. So, I am not sure what would be a good offer.

Are you sure you want to move to Coinbase ? 320k TC with 8 yoe at MSFT means you are probably L65 with great promo velocity. In your shoes I would stay on, & target L5/E5 & above at the usual suspects (G/FB/U/Airbnb etc)
