Considering a role with comcast on the east coast. Anyone work for comcast? What do you think? Work / life, challenging, good tech, etc? My role would be in digital product management for CX and personalization

I work at headquarters and love it. Have friends who work on the divisions. Work on an awesome team, would recommend.

Can anyone let me know about the Product culture? Pace? Innovation? Is it a top-down our bottom-up organization for the CX team? Do you have autonomy to influence the customer, or are simply carrying water?
In telecom? Youβll be cozy. Southeast-based and that gig should buy you lots of choice in what you want to live in. Northeast I canβt speak to it much but make sure your comp is right for your area before you accept. Calc moving costs and try to milk them for a sign-on. Telcos are usually tight with that but the chances are better as an external hire than internal applicant.
