#Comp What is the average comp for 2 years of exp at Affirm?
Debating between several companies and trying to get a sense of what the average compensation package for 2 years of experience at Affirm would be

I joined as a new grad with TC (base plus options) worth ~$180k/year valuing the options at (preferred price minus strike price). Cannot accurately say for someone coming in with experience but it's probably not that much higher. I think you have to hope for valuation to rise for comp to be competitive with FANG

Can't see how we are going to have much more growth unfortunately. If you didn't come in 2.5+ years ago, might as well go FANG
