Comp at Dropbox ??
Interviewing at Dropbox. Really curious how they do RSU comp - presumably the $ value would be much higher than I’d get at FB or Amazon? (To reflect illiquidity). How does DB communicate the valuation to employees? (Should be 5x * current ARR at most).

apparently not. based on my experience and some other posters’ on blind, they give out similar offers to f/g pretending their stock is liquid.
