Comp at Oracle for M4/M5

Any idea on target comp being offered at Oracle Seattle for M4/M5?

If it is in software engineering M4 (director) would be 700. M5 (sr director) close to a million. If it is in something else like product management, title are inflated for them on purpose (so they look good in front of customer). M3 would be around 350k. M5 around 500.

I am a m3 and much lower than this base salary. I don't think these numbers are real. It will be better if they come from someone actually earning them.

Realistically the total comp for M5 in Seattle is around 500-750k
