Company you have never heard of in NYC but just post series A. $145k base, roughly 10% bonus (subject to company hitting certain goals), roughly 0.2% equity. Ex-FANG, just about 4 years of experience. Bad/OK/Good?
Add 10% to all the numbers you mentioned and then it'd be a good deal. Right now it's OK-ish

How senior are you versus the team and how large is it?
Company is roughly 30-40 people, I am engineer number 7 ish and would be sandwiched between the team lead (ex-FANG staff engineer/MSFT principal) and a bunch of junior people.
Sounds very low based on your experience and the maturity of the company. You should be asking 0.5% as a (now) senior engineer.
