Comp for SDE 2 in Amazon Toronto?
What is the offered range for SDE 2 in Amazon Toronto? Would be great if you can break it down to (base + RSU + sign-on) and mention which year and month the offer was made. YOE: 9 TC: $50K I work for a non FAANG company in Central Europe, so, the low TC. Got an offer from Amazon Toronto and looking to level up my TC.

Not sure about the breakup but I would assume something like 50 units RSU(4 years ), 125K base and 50K sign-in (over 2 years)

We had someone join our team about 1.5 years ago with similar YOE as yours - he got: 130K CAD base, 150 shares vesting over 4 years (share price was around 1000 USD/Share at the time). Not sure about Signing Bonus. I'm SDE II with 3 YOE, my TC was 187k CAD last year.
