Qualtrics folks, what is the current situation with refreshers, do you get refreshers every review period (once a year?) irrespective of performance of your initial offer grant, or is that grant being tracked as part of your total current compensation (like they do at Amazon)?
And when you get the dollar amount for RSU’s, is it converted to the number of stocks on your start date or at each vest date over the first 3 years?
I’ve read on Blind that the post-acquisition offers are less generous, so I’m trying to get a sense of what to expect and to gauge the long term comp outlook.
Very few senior people means eng quality is pretty subpar. Consider Qualtrics only if you have no other options.
