Companies doing FP
Currently I work in Kansas City as a SWE doing full stack web development. TC: 96k YOE: 2 Age: 24 I’m looking to move to a company doing functional programming in languages like Haskell, OCaml, Elm, ReasonML, etc. Any suggestions? Also would like to up my TC to big boy numbers.
Move to San Fran, become a big boy overnight

My friend also thought FP was the ticket to big bucks, and he's been sorely mistaken despite learning 3/4 languages you mentioned. Of companies that pay big bucks, only Jane Street cares about FP skills (specifically OCaml). Other top paying companies only (maybe) care that you can write JavaScript in a functional programming style.
Are you at Cerner or Garmin?
Check monthly "Who's hiring" threads on hackernews. Always a few companies mentioning FP languages.
remote is your best bet probably
