Companies for new grads if optimizing for compensation?

Hey Blind, I'm nearing graduation and started looking for companies to join as a new grad. If I were to make my decision purely on compensation (I'm open to paper money and risk), where should I be headed? Would greatly appreciate company names and their offers. Aside from HFTs, I've heard that Airbnb, Lyft, Pinterest, Robinhood and Stripe give amazing new grad offers. TC: 0

The best companies are the ones you get an offer from. From there squeeze each one and see who offers the highest TC. Repeat every 2-3 years.

You are optimize for the wrong thing. Focus on learning and building the best experience. Money is easy and can be made later.

New grad here too. When do you plan to start applying? Any idea as to when the roles are open for new grad - SDE positions?

HRT and Citadel gave new grad offers of ~400k (100-150k signing) this year. That's the highest I've heard of by far.

Have friends at Airbnb and they’re primarily signing new grads from their previous intern program. 120-140k, 25-30k signing bonus, stocks (and since they’re pre IPO).
