My company asked various engineers to leave GlassDoor reviews during the 1:1. Can’t be bothered to do the needful without a TC bump.
Also if you're part of a small company, they may try to sue you for libel if they think you made a review, even neutral.
Glassdoor makes us sign up for their useless data anyway. Wish someone made an open one

Our head of Comms demanded that everyone on his team go on Glassdoor and write positive reviews after a wave of negative reviews hit the site. Many were taken down because the algorithm must have determined they were fake but a few are still there.
