Would really prefer companies in Boston area but open to anywhere. Not really looking for referrals more looking at companies I should apply to. Sadly yes. It’s a mess. We aren’t a tech company. We are a logistics and digital marketing company. Engineering is a cost center. Despite this being obvious recruiters love to sell us as an up and coming tech company to new grads and managers from 5th rate tech companies.
