Base salary is public, it's listed on the job offers. There's a 10-20% quarterly bonus based on performance. Long term incentive comes in the form of points that you get every year and that vest after 3 years. Their value is based on revenue and profit growth in those three years. For swe 3s it should be around 100-150k extra after 3 years at the company.
