Company change during OPT to H1 transition
I recently joined as full-time SDE in SAP. My H1 got picked few days back. As I’m not liking my work here and I decided to change job ASAP. Will it be risk to change company during transition? If I change internally to different team or sub company then also will there be any effect on my H1?

H1 will not be effective until October. Here is what you can do. Apply for other companies get an offer and make sure they transfer your h1 before you join in that wY you will be secured to join other company. See if this helps !!! Kudos
Internally it is fine I guess, but you cannot move to another company until your h1 gets approved i.e, in october.
If i change, then my H1 will become invalid and my new company need to file fresh H1 in next term?
