Had a final onsite interview at LinkedIn 11 business days ago. Followed up with recruiter last week and they said will get back with me this week, but haven’t heard anything yet and it’s Thurs already. Wanted to ask what the hiring process is like behind the scenes. How fast is Hiring committee? I’ve heard of people hearing back next day. This is for a PgM position and I personally thought the interview went great and I got along with the HM. Any tips or suggestions? I know I need to be patient but the suspense is killing me...
I find a general trend among recruiters is that most are really busy and you need to reach out multiple times to get their attention. They must be handling several different candidates at once and plus work meetings.

Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?
I would reach out to the recruiter and ask if they have an update. It’s possible they’re waiting to wrap up another candidates interview. Good luck I hope you get it!!
