Comparable roles/levels to Amazon PM

I am a Program Manager L6 IC Amazon. TC 280k. I'm techo functional and looking for opportunities in Seattle area. 2 questions: 1) what are the equivalent roles/levels @Microsoft/Google/Facebook? 2) what is the possible (up/down) salary deviation? Thanks in advance!

YOE? Msft L63 (low) - L66 (very lucky) G/fb L4 (down level) or L5

Damn. With 21 YOE, fb L6 should be possible if u do really well on the interviews.
