Compass to buy NYC brokerage firm Stribling?
Will Compass break into the Uptown co-op market by buying one of the major legacy firms? Stribling? Elliman?

Yes, it has been one of Rob’s key goals since he launched. If he could take out one of the major - policy influence - uptown firms, it would help advance the company in significant ways. They are talking to some of the key UES firms about acquisition but no one has cracked yet. They may put one or two out of business but it will take much longer
