Compensation - Microsoft Canada
Hi, I am about to join Microsoft Canada. They are giving me $20k in employee share. Should I be asking for more considering I have one year of previous experience in Microsoft and 4 years of experience in IT + MBA from one of the top schools in Canada.

Which college did you graduate from and what was the salary offered?
20k RSU is a lot in Canada standards
$20k stock, not 20k RSU, I guess.
