I have offers from 3 different startups and not sure which one to go with YOE: 8 offer 1: Zume Salary: 180K + 10K signin bonus RSU: 5000 (not sure how to evaulate RSU's from a start up) offer 2: Globality Salary: 185K Stock Options: 25K offer 3: salary: 175K Equity: 0.2% whats your opinion guys?

Mountain View & Palo Alto
None, they are all horrible and you wonât survive
The salaries seem more or less same. Since all of them are startups, I wouldnât consider equity as money. I would pick solely based on the future prospects of the company + project youâd get to work on
What's the future of Zume?
Iâm base oriented because the rest isnât always guaranteed even if youâre brilliant. Offer 1.
Is 5000 rsu not too low?? What is it worth and are you sure if it rsu and not options most startups don't do rsu they do options just checking. I would say higher base that's what I did recently with multiple offers. Option 2 but if you say 5000 is worth like 100k then option 1
They mentioned its $50.51 as of now. I havenât seen any startup offering rsu
I meant say no startup I know offers RSU usually it is stock options where in the stock is offered at a discounted price. Was checking with you if you were sure if the company is offering rsu or options ?
What stage is option 3. Very different if itâs seed vs. late stage and going public
They just raised Series A
If you aren't sure how to value the stock... why go for startups?
0.2% means that if Facebook buys your startup for 20 billion you will get 40 million đ± But most likely you will get 0.
With dillution from following rounds it would be far less than that.
I can help you If you need more information about Globality
