Compensation for Business Dev l7 at AWS?
I'm in interviews and looking ahead a bit. Any input on what compensation is for business development L7 at Amazon AWS? Reading through the posts i see 350-600k but it's for tech jobs. Input is appreciated!

L7 goes up to 450k.

Highly unlikely $450K will be achieved other than through stock appreciation over a good year or two.
Thank you! Follow up note: The role is communicated as an IC vs people manager. Does that have an impact?

It does. L7 manger usually get 20-30k more than IC.

Did you complete on site interview?
$300k-$350k
This is too low for L7. Should be 400k+
Note, this is not an IC..
