Compensation for Senior SWE at FitBit, Pintrest, Intuit

I wanted to know what package (base+bonus+stocks) can I ask for, in these companies? WorkEx:4-5 years. How much can they extend their base pay to?

At intuit you can expect following for Senior SWE: - base: ~120-160k - bonus: varies a lot, depends on negotiation, dnt have a high expectation here (under 35k to put it conservatively) -stocks: 30-50k worth These are the numbers based on my knowledge, other can share their experiences too

Swe target cash bonus is 20% of salary at intuit.

Senior is 15. Staff is 20 (unless that’s changed recently)
