What's the expected comp for an entry level UX designer at a Series B start up? Does 100k base, 15000 shares with a strike of $0.66 sound reasonable?
“X shares” needs to be translated to percent of company and valued based on the series b price. Those X shares could be 100% of the company or 0.000001%. In any case $100k for entry level designer sounds great. I have friends with 10 yrs exp at $100k, and there are many willing to work for free for the experience and foot in the door.
No way. Sr. Designers with 10 years of experience typically get at least $150, in the Bay Area that is.
Depends on the company. In tech, yes. Elsewhere its a no.
Senior product designers at credit karma ~200k base, staff designers at ~230k
$200k base in Bay Area or LA?
Define entry level pls? Also where r u
Without knowing location, that offer seems standard. Also depends on how many total shares issued (aka the percentage is what matters) but assuming standard Series B, 15,000 is also standard.

How many of you still want to work at Tesla?
This looks good for entry level. Try to negotiate an annual cash bonus based on performance. Maybe $3-$7k.
