Competing offers from Google, Facebook and Amazon
Lined up interviews well, and managed to pass all three. All recruiters replied on the same week and used similar lingo (did they go to training at the same place? Lol) "We are very excited to extend you an offer, I'll be reaching to the compensation committee, but before we start do you have any compensation expectations?" How to navigate that situation?
