Competitive 401k
So heads up to anyone receiving job offers from Infosys... Don't do it the 401k is as basic as it comes with no match and very little return. The benefits are decent but don't expect premium care at the premium package.

Bad 401k isn't even amongst the top 100 reasons not to join Infosys.

In the US they implemented a 401k 5% match from date of hire starting January 1st-2019
It sounds similar to regular packages outside tech.
Walgreens offers (I think) 50% match for retail staff. I believe Target does too. Walgreens also offers ESPP for retail staff.
