Condo near Caltrain (5th & Townsend)
We are moving to a bigger place, but deciding on whether to sell or rent out our 2br/1ba unit. What do you think of that area long term? Should we rent it out or sell it?

You can def get ~4.5k. With central subway coming up and an upzone of central soma bringing more density, def keep it.
I expect Trump to abolish term limits, set up a dynasty like Xi, AND win any sort of civil uprising that it spawns before the central subway is ever remotely close to ready for use.
