No real developer will work at a job that requires suits.

Tech had casual wear for years. Nothing bad about looking good :)

I come with a suit on days I wanna get some face time and I dress like shit when I got lots of coding and wanna feel super comfy.

Also, don't forget the permissive WFH policy where you can wear nothing if you choose so

Hahaha oh yeah the WFH dress code is good, especially when the wife is home too

The memo also reminded employees to dress “in a manner that is consistent” with clients’ expectations. “Of course, casual dress is not appropriate every day and for every interaction and we trust you will consistently exercise good judgment in this regard.”

    LOL 😂😂😂

      Is BNY better?
Had an offer from Pershing, but job responsibilities to control dozens of incompetent vendor developers sucked and office sucked

  • Goldman Sachs lorddragon
Hahaha. They relaxed the dress code for tech and strats last year in an attempt to retain more people. Now it applies to everyone.
