👏👏 https://techcrunch.com/2019/11/20/paypal-to-acquire-shopping-and-rewards-platform-honey-for-4-billion/ With only $48M raised it seeems that they kept the dilution pretty minimal! Any good outcome for early employees?
Congratulations
I've been researching this too😄 can any employees comment on the equity they received upon joining and the monetary benefits of this acquisition they will be expecting? Inquiry minds want to know.
Honestly with that kind of minimal dilution and the deal being mostly cash. Fully vested early engineers who joined with between 0.1 and 0.7% equity might have ended up with $4M to $28M. Unless founders did some shady business...
That is pretty fucking impressive. I applied there a few months ago but never heard back from them. Goddammit🤣
Hearing $5.15 a share
Hopefully employees enjoined multiple stock split along the way at the price.
Honey employees in the money! Good for them.
