Conservative in The Bay Area
I find it funny how I feel like I have to keep quiet that I’m a Conservative in the ultra left leaning Bay. But, I when I do let it slip out a bit, there are way more closeted Conservatives out here than I realized. #wwg1wga #thegreatawakening #herecomesthehate 😜

Trump by a landslide
Had a conservative relative who relocated from Bay to Austin and mentioned how refreshing it was that you can have honest conversations without people on either side getting offended. The far left of the bay are fascists.
There are many who are NOT far-left, but they do not open up with people because of possible risk to their careers for the theater that is the government. IRL, people are not as crazy as MSM would have us believe. Trust your fellow human-beings. They are the same as they were in 2015 or 2005. Anyone arguing against it has an agenda of creating divisions, insecurities, and anger.
Try talking about unionizing your office and test out how “far-left” your company is.

I'm sorry you feel that way. I'm a registered Democrat now, but I don't mind at all if you are a Republican. (The only irredeemable quality is if you actually were excited by Trump, rather than viewing him as the better of two awful choices.)
If people think you are a shithole person because of your politics of division, name calling, zero empathy for other humans not of your tribe, maybe, just maybe, they might be right. If you have to hide what you believe to be accepted, what does Occams Razor say about you?
