Consulting Job Offer
Looking for responses from individuals who have given or received an offer at Deloitte or Accenture. Do either allow for signing bonuses at the manager/sr manager level, especially at this time of year? Are there policies that prohibit this? Please dont chime in with the generic “anything is negotiable”, im looking for specifics here. Thanks

Yes, they give signing bonuses at all levels. Negotiate for it
Will depend on org (Strategy, Tech, Consulting, Federal, etc.). They're all gonna low-ball you regardless so get ready to be firm on what you want. Signing bonus has highest flexibility because they will lock you in for 1-2 years if you don't want to pay it back. Lots of layoffs at D this year so be careful what you align yourself to. Don't expect this year's bonus to be any good if you join either, which is why I'm leaving next week. At least at ACN you get ESPP and profit share.
