1. Improve your Grammar. 2. Keep profile updated, by which I mean add brief description for your profile and things you have achieved in projects/ jobs. 3. Send invites to recruiters from different companies

Dont worry this is pretty common. Unless you graduate from a super elite school LinkedIn recruiters usually try to poach people who are already working very similar jobs in similar tech industries. How do I know? Got 0 recruiters reaching out to me when I was job hunting a fresh grad and few months into my first job i started getting LinkedIn pings. If your friends are getting pings on LinkedIn then I would check their LinkedIn profile. Usually its keywords they look for In Title/ Proven Skills.i.e Github etc.

Don’t worry, with time they will reach out. Use the “open to new opportunities” setting, update your profile to list your responsibilities and accomplishments, and connect with recruiters. Profiles with many “buzz words” pop up in the searches.
