Should be easy to learn the pay scale from your colleagues at same level and negotiate to match or ask little more. That's what I would do.

I would focus energy and thoughts on doing an amazing job now and showing them why you belong full time in the first place. If you put in the work and meet goals/expectations and more, the money will come. Don't let that be a driver though, imo. Become invaluable.
