I just moved from T-Mobile to Expedia. I was contractor at both places. Pay have increased less commute. I want to know whether I have made a good move or not.

It’s a progress. Everyone has milestone to reach. Some jump into FAANG right out of college. Some don’t. Perhaps that’s your next move. Good luck!
