Anyone know what the compensation level at creative agencies would be for senior creative developer position or Technical Lead position? Thinking about companies like BBDO, AKQA, Droga5 etc. If not, what would you expect it to be?
Likely lower, tech is back of house for creative agencies

I expect it to be lower than senior devs
I guess so! I'm trying to figure out if it's less than 160-180 or more.
Depends on which city you're in. For a competitive area like SF or NY, $160k is probably towards the top of the salary band for a tech lead at an agency. For a senior creative dev, $140k is probably towards the top. Bonuses aren't uncommon though.
